Tom has vast experience speaking on his experiences and ways sport can improve to make a truly welcoming environment for all, having spoken to the Culture, Media and Sport parliamentary committee, met with the Chairman of the FA to discuss homophobia in football, addressed National Governing Bodies on behalf of Sport England and spoken at Wembley for Stonewall.

To regularly visits schools and universities, to talk about his experiences as a professional athlete, lgbt equality and the importance of mental health and how sport can be of great benefit.
